Housing Related Support Service for Young Mothers

The Supporting People Programme commissions housing related support for people who need help to maintain their tenancy and live independently in the community. This contract will provide 26 hours of housing related support per week, and will include both floating support to young mothers living in the community and support to young mothers with eligible support needs living in the accommodation units.
