Carers Wellbeing Partnership

The Council wishes to Commission a Provider to deliver a programme of preventative support for carers of all ages which is embedded within local communities. This will be delivered by a partnership of organisations committed to supporting Carers and the wider community, a 'Carers Wellbeing Partnership' coordinated by a lead provider.
