ESPO is seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement with national geographical coverage. The framework is intended to offer a range of vending machines and water cooler service options, including but not limited to; Snacks, hot drinks, cold drinks, bottled water coolers, plumbed in water coolers and water fountains.
