Provision of Delivery of Blackpool Council Newspaper 'Your Blackpool'

Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a company to deliver copies of the Council newspaper, Your Blackpool, four times a year. Blackpool Council wishes to appoint a Contractor/s who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous bid.
