Housing, Health & Safety Rating System Review

The Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) is a health-based, risk assessment framework for the evaluation of conditions in residential properties. The HHSRS also forms part of the Decent Homes Standard, the minimum standard that social housing should meet.
