Redevelopment of the Olive School Bolton

The Olive School Bolton currently occupies the lower two floors of an existing building but due to expansion requires the above vacant floor to be brought into use. The contactor will be required to refurbish and remodel the currently unoccupied floor of the building, previously used as a call centre, and some reconfiguration works may be required to the currently occupied floors.
