Construction Related Multi-Disciplinary Services - Architectural and related services (VAT Exempt)

The scope of the Architectural service is to act as Lead Architect (from RIBA Stage 1 to and 5 inclusive) in the production of: • A high density residential-led mixed use scheme for submission to the LPA to secure detailed planning permission. • Production of a single stage tender documentation (based on approved planning documents and the Client's ER) for the award of a Design and Build Contract based upon a JCT standard building contract.
