Installation of 100 Smart Thermostats - St Leonards, East Sussex

100 homes to be fitted with a smart thermostat. We would like to install a thermostat that has simple remote controls which residents can easily operate with minimal instruction. Ideally the smart thermostat will also provide the landlord with background data on occupancy levels, potential for damp and trends in energy use.
