Hampshire County Council are looking to establish an Adoption Support Therapies Open Framework on behalf of Adopt South the regional adoption agency (RAA) partnership that provides adoption services on behalf of Hampshire County Council, Isle of Wight Council, Portsmouth City Council, and Southampton City Council.
