THE PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE (PPM) AND EMERGENCY REPAIRS OF HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING FOR THE WEST MIDLANDS FIRE AND RESCUE AUTHORITY (WMFRA)
