TENDER FOR VOIDS REPAIRS WORK SOUTH KESTEVEN DISTRICT COUNCIL

South Kesteven District Council wishes to invite tenders to carry out void property repair and maintenance work to its housing stock which is circa 6000 dwellings. The Council plans to employ two contractors to deliver the works across its district covering the towns of Grantham, Bourne, Stamford, The Deepings and surrounding villages.
