NHS England ("NHSE") is seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for major capital works for hospital build, refurbishment and ancillary works required by NHSE, including the detailed design, construction, commissioning and hand back of major hospital schemes as part of the New Hospital Programme ("NHP").
