Works comprising of the inspection, repair, protection, and reinstatement of structural and non-structural elements to the shops front elevation of Netherhall Shops at 83-175 Netherhall Road, Leicester, LE5 1DR. This procurement exercise was conducted as a mini competition under Lot 1 - Project value £0-£500k of the Leicester City Council (LCC) PAN2916 Construction Framework.
