Healthy Lifestyles Framework Agreement - AWARD

Norfolk County Council's Public Health department have created a Light Touch Regime Framework Agreement for providers of services supporting Healthy Lifestyles. At the outset of this Framework Agreement the public health team are purchasing Structured Support Group Tier 2 weight management services and Structured Support Group Tier 2 weight management services with Integrated Physical Activity Sessions.
