Trainers Operating At Independent Greyhound Racetracks

Defra has recently undertaken a Post Implementation Review (PIR) of the Welfare of Racing Greyhounds Regulations 2010. The PIR found that there were concerns about conditions at the kennels of those greyhound trainers operating only on the four remaining independent tracks. However, the PIR also found that there was no supporting evidence as to the scale of the problem at such kennels.
