Neutral Vendor Services for the provision of Temporary Agency Workers

Peabody wish to appoint a Neutral Vendor (NV) to provide end to end temporary recruitment services. NV will provide all temporary agency workers via 3rd party agencies and not provide the workers themselves. NV will manage the supply chain including 2nd tier, 3rd tier providers to fulfil the requirements of Peabody.
