The Customer Government Legal Department (GLD) has followed the call-off procedure for the CCS General Legal Advice Services (GLAS) Panel Framework Agreement (Reference RM3786) and has awarded this Legal Services Contract to the Supplier DAC Beachcroft LLP by way of Direct Award. The Supplier has extensive experience of all aspects of TUPE and how it operates in the public sector including New Fair Deal, COSOP, public procurement issues, state aid and Best Value, hence the reason for the Direct Award.
