Behavioural Insights Ltd have been appointed by Bloom Procurement Services Ltd on behalf of the Cabinet Office to carry out a literature review on mechanisms for "embedding" ethical conduct in public sector authorities (beyond mere publication of a code); practical interventions (training, reporting structures, leadership modelling); and applied science in change management.
