The Contractor will carry out all the external pre-paint repairs that have been previously surveyed by the client, to all previously painted elements at the locations listed within the documents. Following the pre-paint repairs being completed, the external redecoration works will commence within one week, to cover such elements as but not limited to: the painting of timber or cleaning of PVCu soffits and fascia's, guttering and fall pipes, external doors; together with all associated door frames, canopies, facades...
