West Herts College - Dacorum Campus Phase 1

The College is in the process of implementing a masterplan to redevelop its existing Dacorum campus at Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead. This procurement concerns the first of three phases of the masterplan. Phase 1 currently includes new general teaching, learning resource centre and student support services in a single building arranged over three floors.
