The Healthy Homes Assistance (HHA) project is a proactive prevention service aimed at cohorts of vulnerable people where works of repair, improvement or adaptation made to their homes would deliver a clear benefit to their health and wellbeing and subsequently reduce demand for services in the Health and Social Care sectors.
