The University wish to purchase a vacuum deposition tool to enable complex multilayer OLED fabrication and encapsulation. Full fabrication in glovebox is a requirement. Facility for co-evaporation of three different materials is required as is a sample shutter system/wedge tool to allow control of layer thickness across a substrate.
