Longhurst Group (LG) is developing a tender for the provision of repairs and maintenance services to our general needs, leasehold, care and support and office stock. This offers the opportunity to review and re-design services with the aim of placing the Group in a position whereby they may offer the provision of repairs and maintenance services as an opportunity to the supply market with a contract commencing in early 2022.
