Utilities Management Software Metering and Ancillary Services

Crown Commercial Service (CCS), as the Contracting Authority, is putting in place a Framework Agreement for the supply of Utilities Management Software, Metering and Ancillary Services provisions for all utilities (including but not limited to gas, electricity, water & liquid fuels).
