Grimsby Town Centre Masterplan refresh and Movement Strategy

North East Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) wishes to appoint a multi-disciplinary team of consultants to collaborate with the council to undertake a review and refresh of the Grimsby Town Centre Masterplan produced in 2020 and to develop a Movement Strategy.
