The properties included in LAD 1 project were generally semi-detached and mid-terrace bungalows, some houses were also included. All properties included are of traditional masonry construction (cavity walls) wither face brick or painted render finish with duo pitch roofs with either a tile or natural/artificial slate roof covering.
