An information provider service is required to help support upcoming changes to Support for Mortgage Interest (SMI) which is currently paid as a benefit. The requirement will contain elements of both incoming and outgoing calls to DWP customers in receipt of SMI to inform them of the changes, confirming contact and some back office administration.
