Daedalus Waterfront Phase 1 Infrastructure

The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) is procuring a wide variety of works necessary to facilitate development of the site including preparatory works and investigations. The site is an former Ministry of Defense site developed from 1917 to 1996. As a result the site does have specific challenges relating to contamination, unmapped private services, and potential unexploded ordnance.
