QU020 - Provision of Cleaner, Greener Streets Marketing Campaign

Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of Cleaner, greener streets campaign. We want to commission an agency to support delivery of the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle campaign. Our suggestion is that this will take the form of three or four mini campaigns across the year, to encourage participation and behaviour change with the public, and instigate links with potential partners.
