Rother District Council ('the Council') is seeking a consultant to provide mechanical and electrical engineer services for work RIBA Stages 2-3, for the submission of a full planning application for the refurbishment and extension of Rother District Council's Town Hall based at London Road, Bexhill-On-Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX.
