MTS 21-11 SUBSTATION#3 TRANSFORMER REPLACEMENT - PORT OF RAMSGATE

There are several substations around the port and harbour of Ramsgate. These are old installations and one in particular is beginning to degrade. The contract is to replace the transformer at Substation#3. This is to be a new installation to a similar standard, or better.
