Near-Realtime routine satellite imaging services

We have a requirement for high resolution satellite imaging services for a pilot agricultural surveillance project covering multiple areas of England between 30th June 2021 and 31st March 2022. Supplier must be able to provide streaming satellite imagery within 48 hours of data acquisition. Daily routine coverage at a resolution of 3m GSD or better is required for the whole of England with the ability to stream images through ESRI's ArcGIS Online portal.
