Reactive Repairs and Maintenance Framework Agreement

Fylde Council (the Authority) is inviting tenders for a new framework agreement for the provision of Reactive Repairs and Maintenance works to Authority's buildings and properties. The Agreement is intended to commence on 4th July 2022. The Agreement will last initially for one year and may be extended on an annual basis at the discretion of the Authority for a further year on each occasion, up to a maximum total contract period of 3 years.
