Pain Management Services

Lincolnshire CCGs are considering procuring a community based pain management service. The aim of the service is patients self-managing in primary care. A key objective will be to assess and treat patients within a multidisciplinary model; having access to a range of disciplines and high quality interventions that can deal with the physical, psychological, social and behavioural needs of patients with chronic pain.
