9613 - Procurement of services: Taxi driver assessments

Norwich City Council (NCC) licence all hackney carriages that ply for hire within the Norwich boundaries and private hire vehicles whose booking office is in Norwich. As part of this process NCC requires that all drivers undergo driver assessment training as per Guidance for driving examiners carrying out driving test (DT1).
