The university of Warwick had a requirement for the provision of cleaning services as follows: For up to 6 days per year to assist in the clearing and cleaning of campus residences ready for occupation the following week. The rooms will have been occupied for a period of 40 weeks. For cleaning a portion of the same room when they are occupied during the summer vacation period.
