The work comprises the demolition of 64 dwellings situated on Cranswick Grove, Flinton Grove, Foston Grove, Harpham Grove, Hilston Grove, Preston Road, St Johns Grove and Wansford Grove. Dwellings are in blocks of two and are of a non-traditional construction known as Winget.
