GB-Manchester: Recruitment System Trial

Trial of ATS (applicant tracking system). The system is designed to reduce the potential for bias at the shortlisting stage of the recruitment process. This is the stage where we have seen the biggest drop-off in Black, Asian and Ethnically Diverse candidates.
