HCC 11/17 - Provision of Independent Mediation and Disagreement Resolution Services

The Children and Families Act 2014 provides the opportunity for both parents/carers and young people to access mediation before they can register an appeal with the First-Tier Tribunal (Special Education Needs and Disability) in order to promote early resolution of disputes through non-judicial means.
