Resident led Scrutiny Reviews Support Service

As a Local Authority managing around 5,700 properties SCDC are keen to ensure that our tenants and leaseholders have a say in the way we run our services. As a result of this and in order to comply with the requirements of the 2011 Localism Act SCDC ran a large scale recruitment exercise early in 2013 generating interest from tenants and leaseholders who wanted to get involved in reviewing our services.
