NCC Young Leaders Programme (Request for Quotations)

Quotations are invited for the provision of a county-wide Young Leaders Programme. In 2010 Northamptonshire introduced an innovative Young Leaders programme, where young people aged between 13 and 19 (25 with additional needs) could stand for election to represent the young people in their borough or district.
