Request for Information (RFI) - Short break service for adults with learning disabilities

The Integrated Learning Disability Service (ILDS) are considering developing additional short break capacity within the city for adults with a learning disability. We would like anticipated costings for a service in a property ideally in the south of Portsmouth. It should provide 4 bedrooms for people staying there and a sleep-in facility for staff.
