Vehicle Restraint System Inspection - Kingsway Tunnel Approaches

The purpose of this commission is to establish the condition and compliance of the existing vehicle restraint systems (VRS) on the KW Tunnel Approach Roads on both sides of the River Mersey. Once condition and compliance has been established, it is Merseytravel's intention to replace all defective and non-compliant VRS systems.
