The undertaking of Carer Assessments [as an element of the new Carer Assessment Service]

Southampton City Council is seeking to appoint service provider(s) to a Framework agreement for undertaking carer assessment. The undertaking of carer assessments will form a key element of the new Carer Assessment Service in Southampton.
