Technical Advisor Roles - Affordable Homes Programme Phases 2 and 3

Thanet District Council is seeking to appoint Technical Advisors for the delivery of Phases 2 & 3 of its Affordable Homes Programme. These contracts shall be delivered Design and Build. The terms of these appointments shall be as per the JCT Consultancy Agreement 2016. This procurement is available in lots as follows: Lot 1: Technical Advisor, Phase 2 (3 sites, 14 dwellings, Construction Value c.£2.5m).
