Review of Advice, Assistance and Representation Service for Children in Care

The Children’s Commissioner has the ability to assist and advise any child or young person who is in care, a care leaver, is living away from home or receiving support from children's services concerning their entitlements and when their rights under the UNCRC and legislation are being denied or infringed.
