Bikeability Cycle Training Provider Soft Market Test

THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION Peterborough City Council annually received grant funding from the Department for Transport via the Bikeability Trust to deliver cycle training to school pupils in the city. Historically multi-year funding had been awarded but for the last few years it has only been awarded on a single year basis.
