VTF Lab Information Management System Licences 23/24

To complement the Lab Information Management System implementation, UKHSA requires 35 concurrent user licences. UKHSA already has these perpetual licences pre-paid as they were purchased for use at Rosalind Franklin Laboratory but were surplus to requirements.
