Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Norfolk Trails Infrastructure Maintenance

Norfolk County Council are seeking to appoint contractors to a Dynamic Purchasing System ("DPS") for the provision of infrastructure maintenance for its Public Rights of Way and Trails network.
