Advice on expenses management systems

ORR is looking to engage a consultant to undertake a review of our current expenses system and provide costed options for an a replacement. Background: we wish to replace the current paper-based expenses management system with a new electronic system, which will streamline processes and reduce the risk of error. The ORR finance team processes around 1,400 claims a year for 250 individuals, with a value of around £250,000, coded to 28 accounts. All claims are paid in sterling.
